Why We Started Grow Well Baby’s 1000 Days Centre?

Based on extensive research and years of clinical experience, we observed a growing need among parents for guidance on optimizing their child’s health and development. Our Research highlights that the first 1,000 days of life — from conception through a child’s second birthday are critical for physical growth, brain development and long-term health.  During our practice, we identified alarming trends:  

  • Increasing prevalence of low birth weight, underweight, stunting and obesity among children 
  • A rise in mental health issues in children such as poor intelligence, learning difficulties, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, autism, behavioral issues and more.
  • An increasing incidence of Non-communicable diseases Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiac and Renal diseases, Asthama, Allergic diseases, Osteoporosis, Cancer, Piles and other diseases .

We discovered that many of these issues stem from inadequate nutrition, poor care and lack of awareness during pregnancy and the first 1,000 days. Recognizing this gap, we established the Grow Well Baby’s 1,000 Days Center to educate and empower parents with the knowledge and tools to ensure their children grow to their full potential during first 1000 days of life and beyond to build a strong foundation for healthier generation.
